Mental Health Therapist Contact

Welcome

At Inner Growth Spot, therapy is a space for healing, self-discovery, and meaningful change. I offer compassionate, trauma-informed psychotherapy to support individuals navigating emotional distress, life transitions, and mental health challenges. My goal is to help you feel safe, understood, and empowered as you move toward inner growth and well-being.

About Me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over seven years of experience providing psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults in both medical and community-based settings. My clinical work is grounded in a trauma-informed approach, with a strong specialization in the treatment of trauma and stress-related disorders.

I integrate evidence-based modalities including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support clients in developing emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and adaptive coping skills.

My areas of clinical interest include trauma recovery, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, emotional regulation, and adjustment to life transitions. I am passionate about helping individuals process past experiences that impact their present functioning, strengthen their sense of self, and improve their overall quality of life.

My therapeutic style is compassionate, collaborative, culturally responsive, and strengths-based, creating a safe and supportive environment where clients feel empowered in their healing journey.
